INGREDIENTS:
- 500g Chicken Breast
- 1.5 inches Ginger
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 3 tbsp Hot Boss 'Hot' Sauce
- 1 Lime
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- Salt to Taste
METHOD:
- Prepare Marinade:Peel and grind ginger and garlic to a paste.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with turmeric, salt, ginger/garlic paste, cornflour, vegetable oil, lime juice, and Hot Boss sauce.
