- • 1/2 Lemon
- • 8-9 Cloves of Garlic
- • 1 tsp Turmeric
- • 2 tsp Oil
- • 4 tsp Hot Boss 'Smokey' Sauce
METHOD:
- Prepare the Fish:Clean the cod and cut it into slices or bite-size pieces.
- Prepare the Marinade:Grind the garlic and ginger into a paste.
