reign supreme, these Fiery Trio BBQ Hot Dogs are sure to ignite your

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 beef or pork hotdogs
- 1/4 cup Hot Boss Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Hot Boss Original sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Hotdog buns
- Optional toppings: diced onions, shredded cheese,
- pickles, mustard, ketchup, relish
METHOD:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the Hot Boss Hot sauce, Hot Boss Smokey sauce, and Hot Boss Original sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.

- Prepare the BBQ: Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Hotdogs: Once the BBQ is hot, place the marinated hotdogs on the grill. Grill the hotdogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have a nice char on the outside. Brush the hotdogs with any remaining marinade during the grilling process to enhance the flavour.
- Toast the Buns (Optional): If desired, place the hotdog buns on the grill for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking to toast them lightly.
- Assemble the Hotdogs: Place each grilled hotdog in a bun. Add your favourite toppings, such as diced onions, shredded cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, mustard, ketchup, and relish. Serve: Serve the hotdogs immediately, hot off the grill.
