If you like your cocktails bold and fruity with a serious attitude, this one’s for you. The Hot Boss Fruit Rum-tini
is a tropical twist on the classic martini — made with our signature
rum and shaken up with fresh fruit flavours that hit just right.

It’s fun. It’s flirty. It’s got fire.
Perfect for sunny evenings, cheeky pre-drinks, or whenever you feel like sipping something a little extra.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml Hot Boss Rum
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 5ml cranberry juice
  • 10ml lime juice (fresh)
  • 10ml sugar syrup or honey (optional, for balance)
  • Ice
  • Fresh berries or pineapple slice, to garnish

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Mix your sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Hot Boss sauce, sweet chilli/honey, and rice vinegar. Stir in the cornstarch mix. Set aside.
  3. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a berry or pineapple wedge — and serve with sass..
