INGREDIENTS:
- Hot Boss Sauce (Hot) to cook with / Smokey to dip
- Onions
- Garlic
- Red Peppers
- Tomato Puree
- Passata
- Oven Chips
- Coriander to Garnish (optional)
METHOD:
- Place your chips in the oven or air fryer and cook till crispy as the sauce will soften the chips.
- Add some oil to a pan and brown off the Onions then add the crushed Garlic and Peppers then allow to cook for 5 mins.
- Add the Tomato Puree, Passata, Hot Boss sauce and leave to simmer for 10 mins allowing the flavours to infuse. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once your chips are cooked and crispy and to the sauce and mix through well for a few mins.
- Garnish with Coriander and dip into the Smokey Hot Boss sauce.
