Each taco is generously

gathering or a casual weeknight dinner, these tacos are sure to be a hit
with everyone at the table. So grab a taco, add your favourite

INGREDIENTS:

  • For the Turkey Mince:
  • 1 lb (450g) lean turkey mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoon Hot Boss Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Salsa:
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Boss Smokey Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime juice, from 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  • For the Guacamole:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Boss Original Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Additional Ingredients:
  • Taco shells
  • Sour cream with chives
  • Additional toppings: diced tomato, chopped onion, extra coriander, peas

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the Salsa:In a bowl, combine diced tomato, chopped red onion, Hot Boss Smokey Sauce, salt, pepper, fresh lime juice, and chopped coriander.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Make the Guacamole:Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  4. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  5. Add minced garlic, lime juice, chopped coriander, Hot Boss Smokey Sauce, and salt.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  8. Marinate and Cook the Turkey Mince:In a bowl, mix the turkey mince with minced garlic, Hot Boss Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper.
  9. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  10. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated turkey mince.
  11. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  12. Optional: add diced veggies like bell peppers or peas for extra flavour and nutrition.
  13. Assemble the Tacos:Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  14. Spoon the cooked turkey mince into the taco shells.
  15. Top with the prepared salsa, guacamole, a dollop of sour cream with chives, and any additional toppings you desire.
  16. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for a burst of colour and freshness.
  17. Serve and Enjoy! .
