INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken thighs, skin on and bone-in
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- Hot Boss Hot sauce (to taste)
- 1 lemon, juice only
METHOD:
- Prep Your Chicken Thighs:Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season the Chicken:In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs.
- Marinate with Yoghurt and Hot Boss Hot Sauce:Add the plain yoghurt to the bowl.
- Pour in the Hot Boss Hot sauce. The amount you add depends on your spice preference—the more sauce, the spicier the chicken will be.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture.
- Mix everything well to ensure the chicken thighs are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
- Air Fry the Chicken:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
- Serve:Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
